- Any and all reports regarding investigation into abuse of authority against Mark Lenzi. This investigation and its public report is described in a memo to Mark Lenzi from the Disclosure Unit of the Office of Special Counsel dated April 23, 2020. The memo describing this investigation and public report is publicized at https://www.politico.com/f/?id=0000017c-b7d3-dddc-a77e-b7d3defa0000 . The memo describing this investigation and public report is also attached.
- Any other documents associated with this report or reports or investigations associated with Mark Lenzi.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
