Responsive Documents
From: Inkoo Kang
Hello,
Thank you for sending a disc with the responsive documents.
However, I would like to request that the FTC FOIA office send another copy of that disc's materials. No one in our office was able to read the file. The cover letter sent along with the disc stated that there were thousands of complaints against Match.com, but there were only 20 in the disc that we got.
I look forward to receiving a new disc soon.
Thank you,
Inkoo Kang

Mr. Kang-
I apologize for the difficulty you have had reading the responsive file. Please ensure that all security settings on the excel file are set correctly, as these can sometimes interfere with your ability to read or edit the file.
Additionally, please note that the spreadsheet contains 3 separate tabs of complaints. The first tab contains 2,047 fraud complaints against match.com. The second tab contains 8 identity theft complaints against match.com. The third tab contains 19 Do-Not-Call complaints filed against match.com. It sounds like you may be viewing the third tab of the spreadsheet.
Hopefully these pointers help you view the spreadsheet in its entirety, but please let me know if you continue to have a problem viewing the complaints. If the file is in fact corrupted, I would be happy to send you another copy.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions, at (202) 326-2836.
Have a great day!

Dear Ms. Kelly,
Thank you for the clarification. I was indeed viewing the third tab of complaints. There is no need to send a second disc.
Sincerely,
Inkoo Kang
