This is a request for a mandatory declassification review (MDR), under the terms of section 3.5 of E.O. 13526, for the following:
All materials of the Office of Intelligence and Analysis in its Intelligence Enterprise Files system of records, that mention or pertain to the foreign person named Darya Aleksandrovna Dugina.
Dugina was sanctioned by Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Notice of the sanctions was published in 87 FR 13793, which reads:
"On March 3, 2022, OFAC determined that the property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction [. . .] are blocked under the relevant sanctions authorities listed below.
"DUGINA, Darya Aleksandrovna, Russia; DOB 15 Dec 1992; nationality Russia; Gender Female (individual) [UKRAINE-EO13661] [CYBER2] [ELECTION-EO13848] (Linked To: UNITED WORLD INTERNATIONAL)."
The death of Darya Dugina has been well publicized. Please find attached a PDF of a New York Times article as proof Dugina is dead.
I request the release of all reasonably segregable material.

My apologies, I am only seeing this response now.
I first state my preference for resolving this matter in writing, particularly if the Office has reached a decision involving a denial (in whole or part) of the Mandatory Declassification Review, or if the agency referred the request to other agency equities.
This said, if a phone conversation is necessary simply to perfect the request, then I would be able to block out time next week. My preference is for a call time in the afternoon.
