From: Patrick Mockridge

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Michael Gill Sr of 69 Conleys Grove Road, Derry, New Hampshire sent three folders of evidence to US Attorney Andrew Lelling dated June 17 and postmarked July 18 2018. Confirmation of receipt by Andrew Lelling was sent on July 30, 2018.

Firstly I request that the US Attorney's Office confirm that everything listed on that receipt is still in their possession, secondly I request electronic copies, preferably in PDF format, of as much as possible of the three folders of evidence (disregard the electronic evidence, just the paper evidence) described in the sending cover letter:
1) Morris Mahoney and Liberty Mutual et cetera
2) IRS Boston office et cetera
3) Drug cartel activity et cetera

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Patrick Mockridge

Dear Mr Krebs,

The three folders were sent as part of the same evidence package, I have specified the package, specified the receipt. Links to the receipt and the cover letter itself can be found on the blockchain here:
The receipt letter from Attorney Andrew Lelling is attached.

That information corroborates the dates.

The cover letter can be found here

Three folders should not take more than two hours to find, the evidence arrived to you organised, if you have subsequently disorganised it, then that cost is your cost, not mine. I am happy to pay for duplication costs whatever they amount to.

Basic competence and basic organisational responsibility are not the burden of the requester, they are your burden.

Yours Sincerely

Patrick Mockridge

Dear Mr Krebs,

Please find your form request completed below, with annotations pertaining to my previous communication, mainly that three folders that arrived to you in one piece should still be in one piece if you are storing evidence as your are legally required to, and that three folders do not take two hours to find if you are storing and indexing evidence as you are legally required to.

If you disagree you are free to explain why, otherwise I am happy to allow an additional $100 for duplication costs of said three folders of evidence that should each be marked on a shelf with a reference ID according to general best practices, as I am sure they are under your wise and learned supervision.

Your Sincerely

Patrick Mockridge
