Mr. Cassano:
We are in receipt of your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, FOIA Control No. 2018-090. In your request, you seek records of or produced at meetings with Michigan State Rep. Michele Hoitenga, who "met with FCC staff on or around April 10." The FOIA staff are not immediately aware of a meeting between the Commission and State Rep. Hoitenga. As we do not keep a unified repository of all Commission meetings or correspondence, any search would need to be performed on a bureau or office level. Which bureau or office would you like us to search for records responsive to this request? A list of bureaus and offices can be found at https://www.fcc.gov/about-fcc/organizational-charts-fcc. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Matthew Collins
