Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A releasable copy of the Official Military Personnel File of Joseph "Joe" Patrick Quinn, date of birth March 14, 1980, which should include: Name, Service Number, Dates of Service, Branch of Service, Final Duty Status, Final Rank, Assignments and Geographical locations, Military Education Level, Awards and Decorations, Photograph, Transcripts of Courts-Martial Trial, and place of entrance and separation

I would also like a releasable copy of his Official Personnel Folder which should include: past and present positions, past and present titles, past and present salaries, past and present grades, past and present job locations

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
