I would like to obtain all electronic records sent to, sent from, or copied to USCIS.ImmigrantInvestorProgram@uscis.dhs.gov or dhsexecsec@hq.dhs.gov from January 1, 2016 to Present day containing the non-case sensitive keyword "ARCFE". Should you need any more information or if this request is too broad, please let me know and I will be happy to provide more information. Please do not close my request without consulting me first, I am happy to modify my request if it can not be processed as is. If necessary, I may be able to provide a Privacy Act release.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
