This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Any and all records (such as, but not limited to: CIDNE, SIGACT, reports, notes, briefings, slides, documents, emails, and any other records associated) created as a result (including before the incident and after the incident) of military action taken on May 19 2004 in Mukaradeeb, Iraq or the surrounding area. This incident is often referred to as the "Mukaradeeb wedding party massacre" in the media.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

USCENTCOM received your request and assigned it FOIA #17-0052, please reference this number on all correspondences regarding this case. While processing your request we discovered that it was not perfected in according with the Department of Defense Freedom of Information Act Program, DoD 5400.7-R. The FOIA program requires that all requesters acknowledge a willingness to pay administrative fees and reference a U.S. dollar amount they are willing to pay. Though in a majority of cases fees are not assessed to the requester, it is necessary to request that you please reply to this e-mail with said willingness and amount.
