New FOIA Request for Finalized Records on Italist, Cettire, and Farfetch

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Dear FOIA Officer,

I would like to submit a new FOIA request regarding Italist, Cettire, and Farfetch. Thank you for your prior response to my earlier requests (FOIA-2025-00196, FOIA-2025-00197, FOIA-2025-00198).

In this new request, I am specifically seeking only finalized, non-investigatory records involving these companies from January 1, 2024, to the present. This request excludes any ongoing enforcement records or investigations.

Specifically, I am requesting access to completed communications, advisories, and any final FTC actions related to these companies’ compliance with consumer protection practices, including review authenticity, product transparency, and advertising.

Thank you for your assistance, and I appreciate any information you can provide.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
