My name is Sara McLeod and I am a student at Tulane University conducting research. As per the Freedom of Information Act, I request to inspect and scan the following records:
All code enforcement complaints (emails, photos, and other written forms) regarding Bourbon Street on the dates of February 21st 2023 and February 28th, 2023. This is included but not limited to: complaints filed via Safety and Permits, Code Enforcement and the Short Term Rental Administration. Include all inspection reports completed by a City Inspector regarding complaints.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public. This request is not being made for commercial purposes.
Should fees ensue, I would be thankful if you could inform me of the charges prior to fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically by email attachment, or CD-ROM if email is not available.
I thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation. As per the statute, I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days.
