Hello. I am responding to the email referenced below that you sent to the DOI FOIA office. The records your requested were sent via certified mail to your address on March 8, 2024. I checked the tracking number today, and it currently states, "In transit to Next Facility". See snip of screen below. I'm not sure why it is taking this long. Please feel free to call me on my work cell phone number listed below. I apologize for the delay. I did not receive the records to process until mid-December of 2023 and the records had to be reviewed by the U.S. Solicitor which didn't occur until after the New Year.
