NPS Complaints about Amistad National Recreation Area

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any complaints of harassment received by the National Park Service regarding Amistad National Recreation Area made between January 2015 to June 2024.
Any complaints of discrimination received by the National Park Service regarding Amistad National Recreation Area made between January 2015 to June 2024.
Any complaints of workplace safety received by the National Park Service regarding Amistad National Recreation Area made between January 2015 to June 2024.
Any complaints of retaliation received by the National Park Service regarding Amistad National Recreation Area made between January 2015 to June 2024.
Any tort claims received by the National Park Service regarding Amistad National Recreation Area made between January 2015 to June 2024.

National Park Service includes but is not limited to; any office, employee, internal database, email system, paper or digital records, mobile devices, or computer systems utilized within the service to submit, review, discuss, track, or investigate complaints; including but not limited to the offices of Employee Relations, Regional Office, Chief Rangers Office, Regional Superintendents Office, EEO, Safety Manager, 16-E, ISB, IMARS.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
