Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I would like to obtain documents, records, and correspondence surrounding/involving Taylor Scott Amarel and any current or former member of Wikileaks, including Julian Assange. In more detail I would like to obtain:
1.) All documents, records, or communications referencing or containing communications between/among Taylor Scott Amarel and any of the following:
Julian Assange, Wikileaks, Kim Dotcom, or Michael Cohen.
2.) All correspondence received from or sent to any member of Congress (or anyone representing a member of Congress or Congressional committee) referencing, mentioning, or otherwise including Taylor Scott Amarel in any way.
3.) All correspondence received from or sent to any member of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission referencing, mentioning, or otherwise including Taylor Scott Amarel in any way.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I wish to appeal this determination.
The reasons given by the NSA are illogical and contrary to FOIA law and the actions of the NSA. Most particularly, the NSA already responded to a similar FOIA request and did reveal the existence of records. See: http://lawflog.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/2018.10.04-Letter-from-NSA.pdf
Therefore, pursuant to the NSA's response that if it provided records or information about a request to one requester, it must do so for everyone, I respectfully request that the exact number of pages be disclosed.
