This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All email chains to or from personnel from NTIA's Office of International Affairs (OIA) between September 1 2017 and the preset mentioning
1. "Secure 5G"
2 "5g" and "Highway,"
3 "5G" and "Eisenhower"
4 "5G" and any of "nationalize," "nationalization," "nationalized," or "nationalizing"
5 "5G" and "China"
6 "5G" and "Huawei"

Any email chain with an email containing:
1. An attached presentation containing the phrase "The Eisenhower National Highway System for the Information Age"
2. An attached document containing the phrase "The Gutenberg press."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
