Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all drafts of President Obama's speech to the Ghanaian Parliament on July 11th of 2009. Please include a search for all speech drafts, research material, background and participant information, schedules, briefing papers, trip books and printed emails related to the speech. Please be sure to include a search of pre-speech emails that transmitted all speech drafts before it was given.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
