The request has been forwarded from one agency to another agency or department for further review or follow up.

From: Hill, Kathy M.

Good morning, Ms. Berg:

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has received your request for information pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA, 5 USC 552), dated April 12, 2013, as a transfer from Department of the Army, U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, FOIA/PA Office, on Monday, February 3, 2014.

Specifically, you requested "all documents or memos regarding guidelines for appropriate office apparel." Unfortunately, OPM does not generate or retain "guidelines for appropriate office apparel", either government-wide or specific to our agency. Please re-direct your request to each individual Executive Branch agency for records, if any, which pertain to that agency's guidelines.

Also, please refer to www.foia.gov<http://www.foia.gov@@ for contact information. As you may know, the U.S. Department of Justice maintains the website, www.foia.gov@@http://www.foia.gov>, which provides contact information for all Executive Branch agencies, which are subject to the FOIA. The website also contains other useful information on the FOIA and its implementation.

I hope this helps.

Thank you for your interest in OPM.

Sincerely,
