Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All grant application materials and notice of award letters from successful awardees that applied to the Department of Justice's (DOJ) March 15, 2023 solicitation for the BJA FY 23 Preventing School Violence: BJA’s STOP School Violence Program (O-BJA-2023-171666).

"Grant application materials" include, but are not limited to, Federal Assistance standard form (SF-424), Disclosure of Lobbying Activities (SF-LLL), and the "full application, including attachments, in JustGrants." It also includes the grantee's "proposal abstract," "proposal narrative," "goals, objectives, and deliverables," "budget and associated documents,""budget worksheet and budget narrative," "questionnaire," "memoranda of understanding and other supportive documents," "additional application components," "Timeline Form," "Letters of Support," and "Research and Evaluation."

I request all responsive records regardless of format, medium, or physical characteristics. Electronic records should be produced in their unlocked native format with all original metadata and original filenames. Paper documents should be scanned and produced as Adobe PDF files or TIF files. Emails produced should be grouped together with any attachments. When searching emails, please search all folders, including inbox, subject matter folders, sent items, archived items, and deleted items. Please produce all metadata fields for emails, including BCC.
For responsive records, I request that you provide individual computer records or scanned documents in a searchable format, such as Microsoft Word or searchable Adobe Acrobat pdf, and any data and statistical information, if applicable, in a format that is searchable and analyzable, such as a .txt or .csv file or a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
