All Department of Homeland Security Open Source Information Reports that reference any of these keywords 'DAPL', OR 'Dakota Access Pipeline', OR 'Native Americans', OR 'noDAPL', OR any Open Source Information Reports that reference the Dakota Access Pipeline protests (common name - see below for reference) from April 2016 to the date this request is processed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

I was requesting Open Source Information reports, not Weekly Freedom of Information Act Report.

See page four of the PDF to understand the document I am seeking. The title of the document was different than the title of the document you released. Look to page four to see the document I am seeking. With that, I ask you re-open this FOIA as you released the wrong document to me.
