All correspondence, including memoranda and emails, related to the mefloquine policy proposal letter sent to Peace Corps Director Hessler-Radelet dated March 5, 2015 and coauthored by Dr. Nevin, sent from or received by the Peace Corps Office of the Director, to include those sent from or received by Director Hessler-Radelet or Senior Advisor Minutillo, between March 5, 2015 and the date of processing of this request. This policy proposal letter was acknowledged by Senior Advisor Minutillo in an email to Dr. Nevin dated August 27, 2015.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
