Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

This is a request for the release of any photographs of Yevgeny Prigozhin taken by White House photographers on July 14th, of 2006. in St. Petersburg, Russia. President Bush confirmed that Prigozhin acted as a waiter during a July 14th, 2006 dinner shared by the First Lady and the President and there are photos on the internet which imply there was a photo opportunity during the dinner.

Of particular interest would be Prigozhin and either George or Laura Bush in the same photograph together.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Dear Mr. Delaware,

Please see the attached letter for an updated estimated completion date for
your FOIA request. The initial review of the records responsive to
2024-0149-F is complete and NARA has officially notified the
representatives of the incumbent and former Presidents of its intent to
release the records. The representatives have 60 working days in which to
perform their executive privilege review with the possibility of one
extension of 30 working days. After the representative’s review period has
passed, the Library will make the records available. For more information,
please see the Letters of Notification of Intent to Release Presidential
Records (LW 2024-096 George W. Bush Presidential records) at
http://www.archives.gov/foia/pra-notifications/. The letter of notification
was sent on 8/19/2024 which makes the anticipated release date 11/14/2024,
unless an extension is granted. You will hear back from us once the records
are available.
