Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I seek records on police sexual misconduct and a specific list of the records sought is included below:
-Policies on sexual misconduct. This includes policies on sexual activity while on duty, including sexual contact with civilians.
-All infractions for the five years ended December 31, 2017 for sexual misconduct by officers/agents including sexual contact with civilians while on duty.
-Complaints to the department concerning sexual misconduct, including all civilian complaints for sexual contact by officers/agents while on duty and complaints from other officers/agents.
-Policies on the discipline of officers/agents who are found to have engaged in sexual misconduct.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
