Dear Mr. Smathers:
On March 21, 2012, we responded to your February 24, 2012 FOIA requests for copies of the administrative and Board decisions issued since August 2011. It has come to my attention that the packet was addressed to the wrong post office box. We have spoken to the Boston Post Office, but they are unable to tell us if the package was redirected to the correct post office box or will be returned to us as undeliverable. If it is returned to us, I will have it resent to the right address promptly. If you have received the package, please let me know. Thank you for you consideration in this matter. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me, and I apologize for any delay.
