To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Publicly available information for two Paycheck Protection Program loans approved for:

1. The Upright Citizens Brigade Training Center (https://projects.propublica.org/coronavirus/bailouts/loans/upright-citizens-brigade-training-center-7087327000)
2. The Upright Citizens Brigade Training Center LA (https://projects.propublica.org/coronavirus/bailouts/loans/upright-citizens-brigade-training-center-la-llc-7765617004)

The specific information covered by this request includes:

a) Names of officers, directors, stockholders, or partners of recipient entities;
c) The recipient entities' forgiveness applications, if identifying details exempt from disclosure are first deleted;
c) Decisions, rulings, and records showing final Agency actions in specific factual situations if identifying details exempt from disclosure are first deleted;

If you regard any of these records (or portions thereof) as potentially exempt from the FOIA’s disclosure requirements, I request that you nevertheless exercise your discretion to disclose them. As the FOIA requires, please also release all segregable, nonexempt portions of these records. See 5.U.S.C. § 552(a)(8). To permit me to make an intelligent and informed decision on whether to file an administrative appeal of any denied records (or portions thereof), and in accordance with SBA’s implementing regulations, please also identify and describe any withheld records (or portions thereof) and explain the basis for your claims to an exemption from disclosure.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Seth Simons
