This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
I am seeking:
Any periodic statistical reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly etc) of pre-employment screening polygraph testing and results.
Any documents containing summary or aggregate data on the demographics of individuals undergoing pre-employment polygraph screening. Demographics to include any of: race/ethnicity, gender, age, disability status.
Any reports or documents regarding complaints alleging gender, race, age or disability bias regarding pre-employment polygraph screening.
Any reports or documents that are inspections, oversight, audits, quality control or assurance of your pre-employment polygraph screening program.
The time period for all of the above to be 1 January 2010 to the current date, or the date of your search, whichever is later.
I am not requesting any records with personally identifiable information of any applicant.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

File Number 20180104: any documents containing summary or aggregate data on the demographics of individuals undergoing pre-employment polygraph screening to include any of: race/ethnicity, gender, age, disability status (Date Range for Record Search: From 01/01/2010 to 10/18/2017);
File Number 20180105: any reports or documents regarding complaints alleging gender, race, age or disability bias regarding pre-employment polygraph screening (Date Range for Record Search: From 01/01/2010 to 10/18/2017); and
File Number 20180106: any reports or documents that are inspections, oversight, audits, quality control or assurance of your pre-employment polygraph screening program.
In our acknowledgement letter to you, we advised you that due to the increasing number of FOIA requests received by this office, we could encounter some delay in processing your request. However, we want to update you on the status of your request. At this time, office is conducting a search for documents responsive to your request. The appropriate components of the Secret Service are being queried to ensure we have compiled a complete file of all possible responsive documents pertaining to your request.
If documents are located, they will be reviewed for a disclosure determination. Upon completion of the review, all documents that can be released will be made available to you. We are making every effort to reduce the backlog of cases, and we sincerely apologize for the delay you are experiencing and appreciate your continued patience.
