With regards to NIH Project #1R01HD082554, “The Impact of Early Medical Treatment in Transgender Youth”, I am requesting all progress reports from June 2018 through January of 2023 inclusive.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hello Earl,
Thank you for the documents. Unfortunately, some appear to be missing.
The following reporting periods were included:
Reporting Period: 08/01/2015 - 06/30/2016
Reporting Period: 07/01/2016 - 06/30/2017
Reporting Period: 07/01/2017 - 06/30/2018
Reporting Period: 07/01/2018 - 06/30/2019
Reporting Period: 05/05/2021 - 01/31/2022
However, the reporting periods occurring between 07/01/2019 - 05/04/21 were not included.
Please provide those documents. Thank you in advance.

Good morning Mr. Laidlaw,
Sorry for any confusion. There wasn’t a progress report submitted between 07/01/2019 - 05/04/21. The final progress report for the 5 year grant awarded in 2015 was filed in 2019. The grantee submitted a new application for 5 more years of funding in 2020. So we only have the most recent funded application that was awarded in 2020/2021. The first progress report for this new application was submitted in 2021; which was included in the records that I provided under case 59600.
Hopefully, this makes sense. Let me know if you have further questions.

May I request the new application from 2020 that you reference here?
"The grantee submitted a new application for 5 more years of funding in 2020. So we only have the most recent funded application that was awarded in 2020/2021."
Or will I need to submit a new FOIA request?
