Good morning Ms. Crose:
This is in response to your email regarding the portions marked non
responsive. The information sanitized on page nine along with the two
withheld pages bears no reference to your request and is therefore
considered non responsive. It should be noted that if these portions were
addressed the information would be exempt from the public disclosure
provisions of Title 5 U.S. Code 552 (b)(1) and (b)(3). Exemption (b)(3)
pertains to information that is exempt by statute. The statute invoked
under Title 5 U.S. Code 552 (b)(3) is 50 U.S.C. § 3024(i), which allows for
the protection of intelligence sources and methods.
