Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all records for the past four months (1/10/2024 through 5/10/2024) on complaints filed in the Civil Branch of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia for the purpose of abating prostitution related nuisances as referenced in Chapter 31. Drug-, Firearm-, or Prostitution-Related Nuisance Abatement of the DC city code.

Please provide any and all written records (including but not limited to hard-copy documents, memos, emails, word processor documents, PDF documents, PowerPoint files, images files, video files etc.) regarding these complaints including but not limited to:

- Information on prostitution-related properties obtained from law enforcement agencies
- The complaint itself or an affidavit attached thereto shall describe the adverse impact of the prostitution-related nuisance upon the surrounding community
-Motions for preliminary injunctions filed for the purpose of preventing prostitution-related nuisances

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would
prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
