In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The attached previously submitted and executed/notarized statement should suffice to establish my identity.
Attached are two government picture ID cards as well. One a Department of State Passport Card and the other a New York City Identification card.
Please confirm that these establish my identity and right to information concerning the investigation and prosecution of myself (Daniel B. Karron) by the OIG.
Once we establish this verification, I will give you detailed specification for the payroll and bonus/reimbursement payments made with public money to
Rachel Ondrik nee Rachel Garrison a/k/a Rachel Ann Ondrik and a/k/a Rachel Ann Garrison, a former special agent with the DoC OIG and lead case agent in my
prosecution and conviction.
