Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of your agency's files on Rafael Quintero, aka Chi Chi Quintero, whose death was reported in the New York Times on Oct. 19, 2006. (See https://www.nytimes.com/2006/10/19/obituaries/19quintero.html

Rafael Quintero Ibarbiawas born in Camaguey Cuba on Sept. 16, 1940.

As a 35 year veteran of Washington journalism, I request a fee waiver. The documents I seek concerns U.S. government operations and activities related to Cuba. Their disclosure is likely to contribute to understanding of these operations or activities and U.S.-Cuba Relations today. Specifically, disclosure will likely result in public understanding of CIA's role in U.S. -Cuba relations today.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
