All electronic communications, including emails and text messages, sent between Phoenix-based Assistant U.S. Attorney Kevin Rapp and any non-governmental parties or individuals outside the U.S. Attorneys office that includes one or more of the following key words: "Lacey", "Larkin", "Backpage", "Reason" and/or "First Amendment". This request seeks records produced since January 1, 2020.

I am a reporter for The Nation, The Guardian and other outlets.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
