From: Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

Dear realmaga:

This concerns your attached FOIA request to CDC/ATSDR. We need you to clarify and/or narrow the scope of your request.

First, please specify the subject/topic of interest of the source code modifications, infrastructure or software configuration, directions to staff/contractors on what modifications to make. For example, are there specific webpages within CDC.gov that you are particularly interested in? Are you interested in what has been taken down from the CDC.gov website during the specified time frame in your request?

Our program office indicates that, without specifications of the source code modifications, terabytes of data would result that would be difficult to transfer into an acceptable format. Additionally, as you are categorized as "All Others" for fee purposes, we estimate that it would take minimally over three business days to search for records WITHOUT a clarification/narrow scope of this request, and the estimated processing fee might be $1,012.00.

We need your response to this email by close of business Monday, March 17, 2025. If we do not hear from you by this date, we assume that you are no longer interested in pursuing this request and will administratively close it. If you have questions, my contact information is below.

Sincerely,
