PAMELA CAFRITZ, also known as PAM CAFRITZ
Attached obituaries shall serve as proof that each of these two persons is deceased; as such, privacy interests recognized under exemptions to FOIA as well as the Privacy Act are diminished.
To assist in the location of records, please note the following identifiers:

First 5 digits of SSN: 214-58;
DOB: November 12, 1959;
DOD: November 7, 2016
JAMES DEL NEGRO II
First five digits of SSN: 107-62;
DOB: January 18, 1967;
Date of Death: August 30, 2021.
Responsive records include any and all records naming or pertaining to the above persons, and may include records of such matters as border crossings, customs declarations, secondary screenings, or investigations.
If any potentially responsive records have been destroyed and/or transferred to NARA, then I request copies of the destruction or transfer slips as well as any other documentation relating to, mentioning or describing said transfer or destruction, to include but not be limited to confirmation that the CBP has no other copies of said records.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
