This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Attachment sent by Craig Glazer (craig.glazer@pjm.com) to Travis Fisher (travis.fisher@hq.doe.gov) on Friday June 9, 2017 10:51 AM in the email, subject line: "PJM Memorandum re: Price Formation and Grid Resiliency Issues".
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. In my previous FOIA to DOE I agreed waive attachments with the understanding that I can request any attachments I am interested in, in a subsequent FOIA request.
The previous FOIA was HQ-2017-01378-F, and in that request DOE, in accordance with 10 CFR 1004.2(m) and 1004.9(b)(3), and the applicable OMB guidelines, categorized me as a "News Media" requester and will be assessed charges only for reproducing responsive documents, excluding charges for the first 100 pages.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
