Request for Federal Records – March 18, 2025 Arrest of Cherian Abraham on American Airlines Flight 2076

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting access to all federal records concerning the March 18, 2025 arrest of Cherian Abraham, age 55, in connection with an incident aboard American Airlines Flight 2076 from Chicago to Seattle, in which Mr. Abraham was accused of inappropriately touching a 22-year-old woman. Reports indicate he was arrested upon landing after a federal investigation and has been banned from future American Airlines flights.

Specifically, I am requesting:

FBI investigative reports and interview summaries

Any referrals or complaints sent to the FBI regarding this case

Arrest documentation and any reports filed by federal law enforcement

TSA, Homeland Security, or airport police incident reports, if applicable

Any communication logs between FBI and American Airlines about this arrest

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
