Request for information on individual

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All releasable material on Russell Holmes, a former CIA specialist on the assassination of President John F. Kennedy who died of cancer on December 18, 2014.

Specifically I request all releasable material from Holmes' personnel file and any records pertaining to why the CIA chose Holmes to be the agency's specialist on the Kennedy assassination.
