To Whom It May Concern:
This is a request for a mandatory declassification review (MDR), under the terms of section 3.5 of E.O. 13526 of the following:
Classified materials submitted by the President to Congress pursuant to 21 U.S.C. 1504, "Development and Submission of National Drug Control Strategy."
This law requires the President to submit National Drug Control Strategy to the U.S. Congress, and also states, "Any part of such strategy that involves information properly classified under criteria established by an Executive order shall be presented to the Congress separately."
This request for review would apply to the classified materials, where they exist.
To assist in the location of material, the dates President Bush transmitted the National Drug Control Strategy to Congress were:
September 5, 1989
January 25, 1990
January 31, 1991
January 29, 1992
I request the release of all reasonably segregable material.

transmitted to Congress pertaining to the National Drug Control Strategy
reports using the information provided. The reports themselves can be
