This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all responses sent to Congressional committees between Jan.1, 2008 and the date that this request is processed. These communications are stored together and should be easily accessible.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

After I review them for any applicable exemptions you will receive a partial response(covering the time from from your initial response to October 2013, the final response will cover November 2013 through July 2014). My apologies in not following up with you sooner but I process several request at the same time.
In short while I was reviewing your records, the program office sent me 3 CDs explaining that they had missed some of the committees and that the records on the CDs covered 2008 to July 2014.
I am currently reviewing those records to see if any applicable exemptions should be applied. The file is too large to send electronically and will be placed on a CD-ROM and mailed to you. My goal is to finish the review by tomorrow. After my review it goes to the FOIA Officer for final review and signature.
We greatly appreciate your continued patience.
