The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

I wish to appeal this determination.
I think there was a misunderstanding in the request. The request is very basic. I am requesting you do a basic email keyword search for three different words: "USS Ford", "elevators", "Trump", or "POTUS".
Most people can conduct a basic key-string search using an email program or a web interface such as Gmail.
Please proceed with typing three words into a basic email program and releasing the requested records.
