Ridesharing App Use By Schedule C Employees Under Trump Administration

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Subject: Freedom of Information Act Request

Dear FOIA Officer,

Under the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552), I am requesting access to records detailing all Uber and Lyft transportation services utilized by Schedule C employees during the administration of President Donald Trump.

Please include the following information for each trip:

Employee's full name
Employee's title
Cost of the ride
Time and date of the ride
Origin and destination addresses
Names of establishments at the origin and destination (if applicable, such as restaurants, hotels, etc.)
This request includes but is not limited to data recorded and maintained through any official expense reporting systems, official logs, or any digital or paper records kept by the department or any third-party service involved in the management or oversight of such transportation services.

I am seeking these records in the interest of public oversight of governmental expenditure and adherence to ethical standards by public servants. I believe these records will contribute significantly to the public understanding of government operations and activities.

If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me if the cost will exceed $50. However, I would also request a waiver of all fees as this information is not sought for commercial use and the disclosure is in the public interest.

Please provide the requested records in electronic format if available, or in the most convenient format otherwise.
