From: Muckrock Staff

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for your continued support on this request. It appears that your agency has combined the following requests, so emails are coming into this email when they should be received at the appropriate email:

requests@muckrock.com (according to your portal: 2024-USMS-FOIA/PA-000251)
requests@muckrock.com (according to your portal: 2024-USMS-FOIA/PA-000252)
requests@muckrock.com (according to your portal: 2024-USMS-FOIA/PA-000253/according to your acknowledgment email: FOIPA 1499255-001)

On your portal, all of these requests are listed together under the same requester; however, they should not all be under the same portal login as each respective request has its own unique email assigned to it and each should have their own respective login credentials. Separating each request in this way allows for easier tracking and less confusion, especially in cases like this one.

As a result of this, I would like to confirm the information I have so far regarding these requests:

2024-USMS-FOIA/PA-000253 is stated to be Closed
2024-USMS-FOIA/PA-000252 is stated to be Closed
2024-USMS-FOIA/PA-000251 has been assigned to processing

Please confirm this information and use the following email address for 2024-USMS-FOIA/PA-000251: requests@muckrock.com.

Thank You

If you seek OGIS’s assistance with a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) dispute and have not done so already, please email us:
