Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All records mentioning, concerning, or communicating with Robert S. Trump, a deceased businessman and President . Details which may assist in the location of records of relevance are below.

Date of Birth: August 26, 1948
Date of Death: August 15, 2020
First 5 digits of Social Security Number: 086-38

Robert S. Trump's death was widely reported in 2020 (see attachment); these records should thus be assumed to have diminished privacy interests from the FOIA Exemption 6, 7(C) as well as the Privacy Act.

Of note, Robert S. Trump was a principal of the Trump Management, Inc., a party to a consent decree with the Housing Section of the Civil Rights Division in 1975 (Consent Order in Civil Action No. 73 C 1529) to enforce the Fair Housing Act. The decree was the result of the lawsuit United States v. Fred C. Trump, Donald Trump and Trump Management, Inc. in the juridisction of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York.
