This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All records mentioning Rodney F. Stich (Apr. 11, 1923 - Nov. 29, 2015). His death has been recorded at http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/contracostatimes/obituary.aspx?pid=176765320 He wrote a number of books highly critical of the U.S. government and alleging wrongdoing by federal agencies and the intelligence community, and claimed to be a source for governmental commissions and inquiries investigating wrongdoing.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
