Expedited Processing:
1. This is a matter that is urgent to the public. Recently, there have been allegations in regards to the ethics of Ronny Jackson. These reports have shown that the physician has given out prescription like candy (https://www.cnn.com/2018/04/27/politics/ronny-jackson-medical-unit-ambien/index.html). This has been recent and has shown that Ronny Jackson might not be qualified. Furthermore, the public has interest since Mr. Jackson could be harming the health of those at the top of our government.
2. By delaying the information there would be harm to the public. There has been multiplication reports and news in regards to him. By delaying information you are running the risk of harming others. Also, there is a widespread interest in his doings. The information presented would lose value without a greater scope.
3. This information would be published on Muckrock. Therefore, it will reach a wide spectrum of people across the nation. Lastly, the documents requested can be published in the FOIA library.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Carlos Gamez

I disagree with your response. This is since not all information will be counted as being held under investigation. This means that certain information must be disclosed under FOIA. In regards to item 3 I disagree that all communications will be held to be exempt under (b)(7)(A). This is since information must be disclosed. The full file cannot be held exempt because specific parts do not have to do with the investigation. All information that doesn't have to do with the investigation is not to be held exempt from FOIA.
