I am appealing the integrity of the search. Specifically, no search was performed and only previously released documents were provided. Case law establishes that a search must be performed of all systems reasonably believed to potentially contain materials. No search was done of the Electronic Surveillance (ELSUR) Indices, the Microphone Surveillance (MISUR) Indices, the Physical Surveillance (FISUR) Indices, and the Technical Surveillance (TESUR) Indices, nor was a search conducted for cross-reference records.
I am also appealing the redactions.
Thank you.

The FBI appears to have sent some interim materials on March 28, 2016 - not 2018. It's been more than two years. Please confirm you didn't send something two months ago as claimed in your previous email. Thanks!
