This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All releasable intra-agency/interagency/external emails, planning documents, contract documents, and written correspondence pertaining the proposed $593 million sale of twelve A-29 Super Tucano aircraft, weapons, and associated support to the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Your request is being processed in accordance with Title 5 U.S.C. ยง 552, the Freedom of Information Act. The actual processing time for the records you requested may depend upon our administrative backlog and records that may require consultation with other DoD components and other agencies.
The USAFRICOM FOIA Requester Service Center has placed you in the "other" category for fee purposes. Requesters in this category receive two free hours of search and are charged $.15 per page for duplication after the
first 100 pages .At your request, you will be contacted prior to incurring any processing expenses.
