This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All correspondence, including but not limited to emails, memoranda, and internal communications, related to Direct Commercial Sales involving the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from January 1, 2015 to present.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Good morning Mr. Tracey:
In response to two of your FOIA requests, the tasked component has advised that the search criteria for these cases is too broad. Due to the number of potentially responsive records (to include all related correspondence), these searches would be overly burdensome. Therefore, the component is requesting that the scope for both of these two searches be narrowed to a specific year and weapon type. The crux of their difficulty seems to be the "all correspondence...related to..."
