This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
-All correspondence from the State Department in response to SIGAR inquiry letter SIGAR-14-101-SP (dated September 26, 2014), including the October 10, 2014 letter in response to SIGAR's inquiry letter.
Given that this FOIA is submitted in my capacity as a journalist, I request that I be categorized as a media requester for the purpose of fees. Here is a selection of my published articles on MuckRock:

Apologies. I meant to include some supplementary information along with my initial request. See below.
SIGAR's inquiry letter (Inquiry Letter: Afghan Budget Bailout, SIGAR-14-101-SP, September 26, 2014) and the State Department's response letter (State Department, response to SIGAR inquiry letter SIGAR-14-101-SP, October 10, 2014) were both noted in SIGAR's inquiry letter SIGAR-15-45-SP Inquiry Letter: Afghan Budget Shortfall, dated April 15, 2015.
