I request a list of all points of contact or contracting officers and their contact info for both simplified acquisitions and micro purchasing at Farm Credit covering the entire Agency. If too broad, a list of all those with procurement or purchasing authority will suffice.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This email responds to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request dated May 21, 2024, to the Farm Credit Administration (FCA or Agency), which we received the same day. You requested “a list of all points of contact or contracting officers and their contact info for both simplified acquisitions and micro purchasing at Farm Credit covering the entire Agency.” We have assigned you FCA request tracking number FCA 24-057.

We have conducted a thorough search of the FCSIC’s records and located a spreadsheet responsive to your request, which is enclosed.

No search and review fees are charged because the search and review was de minimis.

If you are not satisfied with my response to this request, you may administratively appeal this determination within 90 days from the date of this letter.
