Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I seek copies of the PDF attachments that are appended to two 2017 emails received by former Deputy Assistant Secretary Aurelia Skipwith. A copy of each of these two 2017 emails are attached below. Again, I seek the PDF attachments contained in these emails, including the document titled "The Academy, 820 Dauphine Street, New Orelans, LA (35138 appeal 1545)-Signed appeal Decision".
I am a reporter for The Nation and other outlets.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for the note Deb. I would seek a fee waiver as I am a reporter for The Nation and other outlets and any material provided to me will be used to inform the public. If my waiver is denied, I would be willing to pay up to $50 dollars in fees.
