SolarApp+ Lobbying (National Renewable Energy Laboratory)

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Emails or equivalent communication between anyone concerning any bill or legislation requiring state-wide mandates for/or adoption of SolarApp+ software.
2. Emails or equivalent communication between anyone at concerning any funding opportunities concerning the adoption of SolarApp+ software and the funding amounts.
3. Actual funding amounts provided either for the development of SolarAPP+ by an individuals or agencies or to the SolarAPP Foundation by any agency.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
